Hi! Welcome to the Stark Wellness blog!
I am so glad you’re here and excited to introduce myself to you.
That’s me and my little guy, sitting on top of our home. That’s probably the most interesting thing about me right now: I live aboard a sailboat in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. I am the wife of a sailor, a homeschooling mom to that little mate above, and your Life, Love and Wellness Coach.
I support individuals, couples and groups seeking a better quality of life, more vibrant love and a healthier lifestyle. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, an entrepreneur, a former teacher and professional counselor, a professional speaker, and founder of Stark Wellness.
What does Stark Wellness mean?
Well, it’s my name…and it’s the choice you make to once and for all take steps towards your healthiest, most joyful and fulfilling life and relationships.
I work with clients remotely from anywhere in the world via audio and video phone sessions using the free app WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Messenger, Google Meet, etc. I also work with clients in-person in the Bocas Del Toro area. I work with clients one-on-one, couples, and small groups. I also provide presentations and classes for groups, businesses and organizations on various topics of mental, physical, and emotional health and relationships.
I am passionate about healthy living, healthy relationships and sharing all I learn. If you are seeking solid strategies to live a healthy life and to have healthy relationships you have come to the right place.

Five Things I Love (besides my biggest passions—my family, friends and surfing):
- Sunsets (I love sunrises, too, I just don’t see many)
- Books (mostly about self-development, business, relationships, and loving history with the kiddo)
- Outdoors/Nature (sailing, camping, hiking, sitting, staring, listening…..anything outside)
- Great food and mostly cooking at home
- Efficient whole-body and core workouts
Five Things I Don’t Love:
- Close-mindedness
- Bubble busters; dream deflaters; soul shrivelers
- Sleeping, apparently (but I’m always working on it)
- Long, boring workouts
- Bland, boring food and fad diets
Five Goals For My Blog:
- Share with others what I’ve learned and will continue to learn about life, love and holistic health
- Give my readers strong starting points and lots of helpful information and tips
- Provide my clients with resources and information to supplement our sessions and our work together
- Provide a community and convenient resource library for all things related to living fully and healthy
- Answer some of the most frequently asked questions I hear from clients and readers like you
